Customer Service
We recognise that customer satisfaction is fundamental to the success of our business. If you receive anything other that exceptional service we want to hear from you. Our aim is to provide your patient with a quality and functional restoration through mutual co-operation. Payment Terms
Accounts will be sent to you on a monthly basis. Accounts are to be paid within 21 days of receiving your statement.
Any claim for credit must be made within 14 days of receiving your statement and must follow additional guidelines provided with the case and listed in our Warranty section. Dental X-Pressions reserves the right to have the final say on all matters of credit.
Delivery
Pick-up and Delivery is included free of charge and can be arranged on a daily business working day basis. Whether using our partner courier companies or our internal delivery driver. In most circumstances our turn-around times are ten (10) working days from receiving the job into our laboratory. If you are not in our local pick up area we can arrange a delivery solution for you. Please note that all Regional and Interstate clients need to be advised that due to your location an additional couple of days may need to be added to your turn-around times.
All services are, as far as possible, inclusive however there will be a 25% surcharge on arranged quick turn-around, special deliveries etc.
Remakes
We value our relationship with our clients and will in most instances do remakes free of charge. However, work where we have been instructed to proceed despite issues raised by ourselves may be subject to an additional fee. Likewise items specifically requested and supplied following initial completion of restoration may be subject to an additional fee.
Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our crown and bridge work or acrylic (excluding relines and repairs) and will, in some instances, extend this to match the guarantees offered by dental manufacturers. This covers any adjustment, repair of remake where an appliance has failed due to faulty materials or workmanship. If the client has been advised by us that the appliance will need additional work to protect the device and that option is not exercised then we will not be able to provide the above mentioned warranty on the job. Similarly, if the invoice for the work has not been paid by the due date, Dental X-Pressions reserves the right to implement that any related warranties become null and void.
